The Maintenance Records Technician I prepares and enters accurate logbook entries, according to Duncan Aviation approved procedures, to reflect the maintenance and modifications performed at Duncan Aviation. In addition, this position researches basic logbook items; attends various department and customer meetings; and accurately records time on customer/internal work orders.
Essential Job Functions
1. Prepares and enters timely, accurate and complete FAA required logbook entries to record maintenance or modifications performed under Duncan Aviation's repair station certificate.
2. Researches basic, introductory and specific logbook items.
3. Updates tracker database for completed maintenance or modifications.
4. Responds to internal and external customers inquiries relative to aircraft records and research, including processing documentation relative to customers' specific maintenance programs.
5. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
